Nankai University-University of Glasgow Joint Postgraduate College was established upon the approval of the Ministry of Education in China in November 2014. In 2015, it began to enroll full-time postgraduates and was incorporated into the State Postgraduate Enrollment Plan. It has set up the major of Regional Economics (Urban and Regional Planning) (020202H) and the major of Environment Management and Economics (Environment Management) (0830z1H). The courses are all taught by English and have the term of two years. Students who pass the examinations of these courses may receive the certificate of master’s degree from Nankai University, postgraduate diploma, and the certificate of master’s degree from the University of Glasgow.
