Brief Biography
Wang Zhaofeng is now an associate professor at the Department of Economics, Nankai University. She graduated from the Department of Economics, Nankai University with a bachelor degree in economics in 1987 and got her ph.D in economics from Nankai University in 2000. She has long engaged in teaching in areas such as institutional economics, the theory of the firm, and corporation finance. Main research results: Wang published an academic monograph A Comparative Study of Bank-Firm Relationship System and many academic papers in core Chinese journals on bank-firm relationship and state-owned enterprise (SOE) reform. She has participated in research projects supported by the National Planning Office of Philosophy and Social Science and the Ministry of Education for many times and has edited six textbooks. She compiled the Theory of the Firm (including three editions), organized and edited the textbook series the Modern Logistics Management Series (9 books in total), and was the chief editor of two of them.

Professional Experiences
1987-1995 Department of Economics, Nankai University, teaching assistant and student counsellor. In 1993, Wang was promoted to lecturer and has undertaken part of the teaching at the Department of Economics, Nankai University; 1995- Department of Economics, Nankai University, full-time teacher. In 2001, Wang was promoted to associate professor; 2004- Department of Economics, Nankai University, full-time teacher and deputy head of the Department of Economics and Management, Nankai University Binhai College.
