Brief Biography

Professor Nan Huang is an Associate Professor affiliated with the School of Economics in Nankai University, and serves as the vice director of the Institute of Urban and Regional Economics, Nankai University. She is also the secretary-director of The Subject Construction Committee of China Urban Economics Association and a standing committee member of the Academy of Tianjin Agronomy and Geography. Her research interests include urban and regional theory, and policy oriented applications. Her research interests are mainly focused on urban land use, city development strategy and po
She received her bachelor degree in geography from the college of urban and environmental science of Tianjin Normal University on 1984. On 1994, she got the master degree of economics from the School of Economics in Nankai University, and then got the Ph.D. degree of Regional Economics there.
