Nie Huihua obtained his Ph.D in economics from Renmin University of China. He is currently a professor at School of Economcis, Renmin University of China. His main research interests are the relation between government and enterprise, Theory of Business Enterprise, and Institutional Economics and has already published papers in Social Science in China, Economic Research Journal, Review of Economics & Statistics, Journal of Development Economics and so on.
