Shu Haibing is currently an assistant professor at Antai College of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He obtained his Ph.D. degree at University of Virginia. His main research interests are corporate governance and entrepreneurship. His papers have been published in the top journals, such as Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Financial Economics, Journal of Management Studies, etc.
