(Correspondent: Feng Zhuoran) On July 2^nd, the list of the first National Textbook Construction Awards was announced. Professors of the School of Economics won several awards.

Pang Jinju, Director and Chair Professor of Research Center for Political Economy of Nankai University, won the title of National Advanced Individual for Textbook Construction. Introduction to the Basic Principles of Marxism (2018 Edition) which Prof. Pang Jinju served as the chief convenor of the compilation group, won the grand prize. The History of Marxist Economic Theories (Second Edition) edited by Professor Wang Lu won the first prize. Regional Economics edited by Professor An Husen, and Introduction to World Economy (Second Edition) edited by Professor Li kunwang, Professor Sheng Bin and Professor Zhang Bing won the second prize.
