Dr. Sun Chengjiu is currently an assistant professor at Nankai University. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in economics at Xiamen University. His main research interests are economic history and political economics. His papers have been published in the top journals such as China Economic Quarterly and The Journal of Chinese Social and Economic History.
