(Correspondent: Yue Li) Recently, the National Office of Philosophy and Social Science officially announced the list of major projects of the National Social Science Fund in 2021.

Among them, School of Economics has 2 projects approved, including Research on Optimization of Financial Structure and High-Quality Technology Innovation by Professor Li Junqing, and Research on the Major Issues of Building an Independent and Controllable Modern Industrial System by Professor Bai Xuejie.

The National Social Science Fund Major Project is approved and established by the National Philosophy and Social Science Work Office, and is the highest level, most funded, and most authoritative project in the field of humanities and social science in China. It is also a measure and important indicator of the “Double First-Class” construction and research strength of a university.
