(Correspondent: Zhong Yiming) From April 1^st to April 8^th, 2023, Dr. Ding Sihua of the School of Economics was invited to visit the School of Humanities at New York University Abu Dhabi, which achieved great success.

The main purpose of Dr. Ding Sihua’s visit was to hold discussions with Professor Sanjeev Goyal of New York University Abu Dhabi and Professor Marcin Dziubinski of the University of Warsaw, who was also visiting NYUAD, on a collaborative research project on “identity choice”. During the visit, Dr. Ding Sihua also had friendly exchanges with other teachers of NYUAD and introduced to them the history, current situation and achievements of the School of Economics of Nankai University.

This visit not only provided valuable support and help for Dr. Ding Sihua’s future research in related fields, but also promoted the academic exchanges and cooperation between Nankai University and NYUAD.
