Xie Danxia is currently an associate professor at School of Social Science of Tsinghua University. He obtained his Ph.D. degree at the University of Chicago. He served at the Peterson Institute for International Economics, and participated in the development of Chinese core (1999), the first CPU of Peking University in China.  Also, he pioneered “data innovation endogenous growth theory” and “regulatory growth theory”. His main research interests are macroeconomics, digital economics, law and economics, etc. His papers have been published in the top journals, such as American Economic Review, Management Science, and Economic Research Journal, etc.
